Updated headshots

Its been a year since Mason started modeling. He hasn't really done much (just the Academy back to school campaign last summer) but I did want to keep up with his head shots especially since we just switched agencies (now with TL Modeling). The Big 3-3 for ME!!!

I recently turned 33 and wanted to do something F.U.N for my birthday!! I found this lake limo pub crawl out of Kemah that looked AWESOME so I booked it!! My only regret was that the boat only fit 12 people, but we 12 people did have a BLAST!! Thank you to the ladies and their hubby's that joined Derrek and I for a night o fun!! WE HAD A BLAST!!

Happy 7th Birthday Mason!!

I can not believe my big boy turned 7 yesterday!! It was literally only yesterday that he was just a squishy, chunky baby! Its amazing how time flies! He has brought more joy to our life then he will ever know and I love the boy/man he is growing in to. We love you Mason Tuck, to the moon and back!!

Spring Break 2014

We had all sorts of AWESOME fun over Spring Break!! It started with mommy getting to go to USHER at the rodeo with some super fun friends!!

Monday, Day 1: We had a picnic and went to feed the ducks!

 That same day our besties came in town from Round Rock!!

 Tuesday, Day 2: We hit up the rodeo with our besties and had a ton of FUN! Pony Rides, baby animals, carnival rides, pig races and fatty food OH MY!!

 Wednesday, Day 3: We were picking strawberries ya'll!! Another fun get together with super FUN friends!

 Thursday, Day 4: Our cousin Madison came to spend the night but we started our evening with ANOTHER playdate at Jimmy Changas (a place where even the mommies have a good time) with some of our same SUPER FUN FRIENDS!! (by now you should believe that we have super fun friends b/c that was 3 days in a row)

Friday, Day 5: Mason and Samantha were off for their fun weekend with their lolli and pop and mommy and daddy went to Keith Urban at the Houston Rodeo!

We ended Spring break with Mason getting to open up early birthday gifts from Lolli-Pop. He was pretty excited to get a new telescope and a beginner bow & arrow!

We hope everyone's spring break was as fun filed as ours!! Best of luck getting back into the real world routine!! ;)

A medal ANNNND a trophy

Samantha's first soccer season has come to an end. I'm not going to lie, the jury is still out about whether or not she will play again haha! In I9 each child gets a medal throughout the season and its up to the coach to decide who to give it to each week. Well the last game of the season that Samantha played in was the ONE! The one where she FINALLY got her medal. Since the coach is our neighbor and Samantha and their daughter Lucy are very good friends we had already agreed that there was no way either family was going to go through the drama of the girls NOT getting their medals on the same day so thus a pre-arrangement was created of when they would get their medals. It was (at the time) the BEST DAY EVER!!

Until a week later when she got her TROPHY!! 

I wish I had taken a picture but I laughed out loud when I looked at the trophy because on the bottom where the plaque is it says Participation! HA!! Thanks I9 we appreciate that! ;)

Valentines Day!!

Well our first holiday of 2014 has come and gone. This year is already flying by in a blink of an eye!! Well we got up on Valentines day and I made the kids heart shaped pancakes. I personally thougth I did a pretty good job but when I showed them to Mason all excited he said " Oh yeah, you tried mom." WHAT???  HAHA!

After dropping them both off I came home to put their little gifts together then headed off for the first of two ice cream sundae parties.

After Samantha's party we headed over to the elementary for Mason's party. By the end of the day it looked like Valentines had bombed my den, but that's what happens your kids are hoped up on ice cream and candy.

Bringing my crafty back ;)

So back in the day (like 2 years ago haha) I use to be (or atleast I use to think) I was pretty crafty. I have gotten away from it and there are times when I find myself really wanting to be crafty and just not having the time. Well with Valentines day quickly approaching I decided that I would do something crafty for Samantha's class. So we (S and I) went to work on making multicolored crayons. She was excited to help and I was excited to feel like a "superstar" mom. HA!
