Auntie Miranda's Wedding

My cousin Miranda got married in September and guess who was the flower girl and the ring bearer? Yep, my two little monkeys were both in the wedding and they were both super excited about it for a couple of reasons 1. They were going to get to go on an airplane b/c we had to fly to Colorado 2. They were getting to dress up and M thought he was so awesome in his tux and S was told she was a princess in her dress. Samantha actually got sick the day before we had to leave ( Im talking like fever of 101 and higher) and bless her heart she was a trooper. I had to carry a plastic bag with me on the plane just in case she had to vomit and we had to keep her drugged on tylenol and motrin ALL weekend. Luckily we had no pukes on the plane and like I said she was a trooper and did fantastic going down the super long aisle. Actually they both did great going down the super long aisle and then they had to stand at the altar for like 15 minutes (ahhh we had no idea that was going to happen) but againt hey stood quiet and listened and made mommy and daddy VERY PROUD!

At the rehearsal. You can tell she doesn't look like herself.

Jelly Stone Park

The week before school started Derrek and I took the kids to Jelly Stone Park in Waller, TX. My sister Ronnie also came with my nieces and nephew. We had heard good things about the park and wanted to  give it a try for ourselves. I'm so glad that we did. it was a nice reasonably priced vaca and the kids had a blast! They had mini golf, a giant dinosaur blow up slide, a large jungle gym, craft time, a super fun kid friendly pool with lots of slides and a giant slide that you had to go down on rafts! They also did outdoor movies every night and had a pond to fish in. We would definitely go back!!
